Privacy Policy

What personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

Effective 1 September 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

V3 Compounds LLC is responsible for the personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at info@v3compounds.com, or by post at the address given in our Terms & Conditions.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, account login details, and anything you write to us in a message or a form.

Order information. What you ordered, when, the amount paid and the payment method used. We do not see or store full card numbers — card details go directly to our payment processor.

Technical information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technology.

We do not collect health information, and you should not send us any. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

3. Why we use it

To process, ship and support your orders; to operate your account; to answer your messages; to detect and prevent fraud and misuse; to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations; and, where you have opted in, to send you occasional email about products and offers.

We rely on performing our contract with you for order processing, on our legitimate interest in running and securing the business for fraud prevention and analytics, on your consent for marketing email, and on legal obligation for record keeping.

4. Who we share it with

Payment processors, to take payment. Shipping carriers, to deliver your order. Hosting, email and analytics providers, to run the site. Professional advisers and law enforcement, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks for their own use.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site — keeping you logged in and remembering your cart — and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work correctly without the necessary ones.

6. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as our tax and business record-keeping obligations require. Account information is kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, or by writing to us.

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@v3compounds.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and payment details are handled by our payment processor rather than stored by us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
