Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, are not for human or animal consumption in any form, and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This website is operated by V3 Compounds LLC (“V3 Compounds”, “we”, “us”), a business based on the Treasure Coast, Florida. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the site and any order you place through it.
By browsing this site, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order, and the effective date is shown at the top of this page.
You may only purchase from this site if you are at least 21 years of age, you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or comparable organisation, and you are legally permitted to receive these materials where you live.
You are responsible for confirming that every product you order is lawful to possess and handle in your jurisdiction before you order it. We do not give guidance on the laws that apply to you.
We may refuse, reduce or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe an order is not for legitimate research use. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

By placing an order you confirm that the material will be handled only by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting, that it will not be administered to humans or animals, and that you accept full responsibility for its lawful and safe handling, use, storage and disposal.
We do not provide dosing information, protocols, administration guidance or advice on selecting a compound for any purpose, and our staff are not permitted to do so. Requests of that kind will be declined.
We describe each product by the physical and chemical properties of the material supplied. Any statement on this site refers to those properties and must not be read as a claim of therapeutic effect.
Product names used on this site are our own product references. They identify the item you are ordering and are not a claim about equivalence to any branded or approved product.
We try to keep product, pricing and stock information accurate, but errors happen. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. Availability is not guaranteed, and listing a product is not an offer to sell.
Products marked “Pricing to confirm” are not yet available to purchase.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation.
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, we may suspend the order and any account associated with it.
You are responsible for any tax or duty that applies to your order where you live.
Batch Certificates of Analysis are available for the material we supply. Where a COA is not yet published for a batch, it is available on request.
A COA reports third-party analytical testing of the batch it names. It relates to that batch only, and it is not a warranty of suitability for any particular use.
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at info@v3compounds.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account that we believe has been used to breach these terms.
You agree not to resell or redistribute products supplied by us for human or animal use, not to describe our products to any third party as suitable for human or animal use, and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose.
Site content — text, images, product photography, layout and branding — belongs to V3 Compounds LLC or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.
Products are supplied without warranty of any kind beyond the analytical characteristics stated on the applicable Certificate of Analysis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify V3 Compounds LLC against any claim, loss or expense arising from your handling, use, storage, transfer or disposal of any product supplied to you, or from your breach of these terms — in particular any use of a product in or on a human or an animal.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts serving the Treasure Coast, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
