Research Use Agreement

The undertaking you give us when you buy. Please read it before you order.

Effective 1 September 2026

Every product sold by V3 Compounds LLC is supplied as a reference standard for laboratory and research use only. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, are not for human or animal consumption in any form, and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

1. What you are agreeing to

This agreement is between you and V3 Compounds LLC. You enter into it when you place an order, and it applies to every product we supply to you. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions; where the two differ on research use, this agreement governs.

2. Your confirmations

By placing an order you confirm each of the following, and you confirm it is true at the time of every order you place:

You are at least 21 years of age.
You are a qualified researcher, or you are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or comparable organisation.
Every product you order will be used solely for laboratory research, analytical work or in-vitro study.
No product supplied to you will be administered to, ingested by, injected into or otherwise used in or on a human or an animal.
Products will be handled only by personnel trained to handle research chemicals, in an appropriate laboratory setting, using appropriate protective equipment.
You will store, label, transport and dispose of every product in accordance with the law that applies to you, and you will keep it clearly separated from anything intended for human or animal use.
You will not resell, transfer or redistribute any product for human or animal use, and you will not represent any product to a third party as suitable for such use.
You are legally permitted to receive and possess these materials where you live, and you have checked this yourself.

3. What these products are not

No product supplied by us is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing we publish is a claim of therapeutic effect. Any statement about a product refers to the physical and chemical properties of the material supplied.

We do not provide dosing information, administration protocols or guidance on choosing a compound for any purpose, and our staff cannot answer questions of that kind.

4. Certificates of Analysis

Material is tested by an independent third-party laboratory and a Certificate of Analysis is issued for the batch. A COA reports the analytical results for the batch it names and nothing more — it is not a statement that the material is safe or suitable for any particular use, and it is not an approval of any kind.

Batch COAs are published on our Certificate of Analysis page as they are issued, and are available on request in the meantime.

5. Your responsibility

Once material has been delivered to you, responsibility for it passes to you: for how it is stored, who handles it, what it is used for, and how it is disposed of.

You accept full responsibility for any consequence of the use, misuse, storage, transfer or disposal of any product supplied to you, and you agree to indemnify V3 Compounds LLC against any claim arising from it.

6. If you cannot agree

If you cannot give the confirmations in section 2, you must not place an order. If we have reason to believe an order breaches this agreement we may cancel it and refund it, and we may close the account associated with it.
