Shipping Policy

When your order goes out, how it travels, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

Effective 1 September 2026

Every product sold by V3 Compounds LLC is supplied as a reference standard for laboratory and research use only. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, are not for human or animal consumption in any form, and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

1. Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time, at a weekend, or on a public holiday ship the next business day.

Orders are shipped once payment has cleared. Where a payment method takes time to settle, processing starts when we receive confirmation of payment.

2. Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

You are responsible for confirming that the material you have ordered is lawful to receive at your delivery address before you order it.

We cannot deliver to addresses we are not permitted to ship to under carrier rules.

3. Carriers, cost and tracking

We ship with FedEx and UPS. Shipping cost is a flat rate of $15.00 – orders over $150.00 includes free shipping.

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order leaves us. Please allow a few hours after dispatch for the carrier to register the first scan.

Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruption or service interruptions once a parcel is in the carrier’s hands.

4. Packaging and handling

Orders ship in discreet outer packaging with no description of the contents on the outside. Vials are packed to protect them in transit.

Vials ship at ambient room temperature as a highly stable, freeze-dried powder and must be transferred to a freezer at -20°C immediately on arrival for long-term storage.

Please video-record yourself opening the parcel, from the sealed outer packaging through to the vials, before you put anything away. That recording is what we use to confirm damage or an incorrect item, and a claim without one cannot be accepted. Then store the material correctly straight away — its condition after delivery is your responsibility.

5. Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before you complete checkout. We ship to the address given on the order.

If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at info@v3compounds.com — we can usually correct it if the order has not yet shipped. Once a parcel has left us the address cannot be changed, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

6. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at info@v3compounds.com on the day it is delivered and include the unboxing video described in section 4. Keep the packaging. If tracking shows no movement for several business days, contact us as soon as you notice — a parcel that has not arrived carries no reporting deadline.

We will work with the carrier to trace the parcel or file a claim, and we will replace or refund an order confirmed lost or damaged in transit. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Parcels marked delivered by the carrier but not found at the address are the carrier’s responsibility to trace, and we will help you open that claim.
